Come be a wine maker for a day at a Blending Party!
Paul will take you on a tour of the vineyard and winery teaching about the vine, and process of making wine. During the tour you will get to taste the differences of French, American and Neutral Oak barrels. Once the tour is complete enjoy taking what you have learned and make your own blend! Durning a lunch taste the blends you have created.
