Winemaker Dinner in the Gardens

Join us for our Winemaker Dinner in the Gardens. Enjoy to a fabulous meal prepared by Chef John McDevitt of Farmstead Catering Company. We will be pairing the meal with current release and library wines for each course.  Tickets are $65pp for club members and $75pp for non club members. Winemaker Dinner

Saturday June 18th, 2016


Chilled spring pea and fava bean soup shooters, with Aleppo pepper oil, and chervil

Smoked salmon cucumber cups with chopped egg, capers, crème fraiche, citrus glaze, and chives

Wild mushroom and fresh herb ricotta agnolotti with porcini cream and herb pesto

Central coast cheese platter- assortment of local cheeses served with flatbread chips, grilled crostini, fresh and dried fruits, and local honey


Windrose Farms mixed greens with grilled local apricots, spiced pecans, Alcea Rosea chevre, and orange honey vinaigrette


Lightly smoked, grilled Teres Major, seasoned with thyme and rosemary

served with summer vegetable risotto

 sautéed baby California arugula, and beurre rouge


Grilled vegetable pave with Portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, mixed squash, and fennel.

Served with roasted pepper coulis and chiffonade basil


Layered chocolate mousse cake with fresh raspberry glaze
