* $500.00 additional charge to use the barrel room and outdoor garden 
* If the barrel room must be used due to weather there will be no additional charge.

* Early arrival of wedding party - $5.00 per person per hour
* Portable Restroom – for parties over 100 people additional restroom must be rented- to be arranged by SWV. Estimated cost $200.00

All Glasses, Dinnerware, Stemware, Flatware, and Linens must be rented for the event, to be arranged by the renter

* 1-74 People - 3 case minimum wine purchase

* 75-150 – 4 Case minimum wine purchase
