This is wine packed with flavors of clove, spice and leather with a finish of bing cherry. The 24 months in French Oak barrels balances the flavors with toasted coconut and vanilla. This wine will bring out the best in beef, lamb or pork entrees.
This wine is fragrant with apricot, peach and floral flavors. Delicate, with a clean and crisp freshness, it is perfect paired with a light meal or just by itself at the end of your day.
Our 2014 Chardonnay has bright fruit, oak, and acidity. Aged only 3 months in New French Oak barrels give this wine a smooth mouth feel and a wonderful orange blossom nose.
Our Cuvee Blanc is a great light summer refreshing wine with nice citrus notes. 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Viognier
Layered and delicate this crisp dry white wine has honeydew melon flavors and a nice mineral finish.
Banana blends with cut grass for a tropical-meets-traditional take. On the palate, the wine is very soft, reminiscent of pineapple-flavored whipped cream, and there is a nice touch of smoke as well.
Packed with dense rich flavors of currant, raspberry and plum. This wine is supported by tannins and barrel flavors of new French Oak leading to a finish of caramel and vanilla.

Friday: Kick off your weekend with a wine and cheese pairing from 3 – 5 p.m. Enjoy our award-winning wines and some amazing cheese samples. Nancy Pharis art show, tours, and olive oil and barrel tasting all weekend long.
Saturday: Experience a true Harvest. Meet at 9 a.m. to pick with the crews and then on to the crush pad. Do it all first hand. Space is limited, No Charge but please R.S.V.P. Enjoy live music by Ron Pappas and grilled appetizers in the olive grove from 1 – 4 p.m.
Sunday: Have a toe-tapping good time in the olive grove with Doc Stoltey’s bluesy ballads. We’ll be pouring our award-winning wines and grilling some appetizers. Tours, art show, and barrel tasting all weekend long!
September 29th-October 2nd
Still Waters Vineyards will be participating in the main event at the historic Santa Margarita Ranch. Taste wine from over 200 wineries from the central coast and Washington State. Local chefs will be serving food provided by local farmers. This is the second year for this wonderful event put on by Sunset Magazine.
