Estate Olive Oil

All Still Waters Vineyard's Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from olives grown on our estate orchard. The trees are estimated to be over 100 years old. This blend of Mission, Sevillano and Ascolano olives is pressed using an Italian mill that combines the best of traditional and modern methods. The oil provides a taste that is sweet and peppery with a delicate fruitiness. Our family and friends have contributed to this process and we are proud to bring this olive oil to you. Enjoy!

This olive oil is made from Spanish Olive trees grown in Santa Barbara. The oil has a smooth hazelnut flavor with a hint of green grass. Great as a dipping and finishing oil.
