We are open Thursday through Monday 11-5 pm.
Tastings are available from 11-4pm. After 4pm, we offer wine by the glass or bottle. Last call is 4:45pm. We encourage guests to support our local restaurants by bringing takeout lunches and enjoy our beautiful grounds in Paso Robles Wine Country.

Still Waters is an oasis like no other! We invite you to relax and taste in our acres of lush gardens for the ultimate private, outdoor wine tasting experience. Your knowledgeable attendant will guide you through the wines including information about our winemaking techniques and vineyard practices. With over 22 different wines made at Still Waters, we are confident that there is a wine here for every wine lover! Guests may bring a picnic to enjoy or purchase one of our made to order cheese plates.

Vineyard Tour & Tasting

See the vineyard from a new perspective as you ride through the property with our owner or winemaker. Journey to the highest point of the estate to visit the chickens and take in sweeping views of Paso Robles’ beautiful east side. Along the way, learn about our vineyard practices, farming techniques, and the foundations of winemaking in a fun and educational setting. Following the tour, unwind with a seated wine tasting in the gardens.

Barrel Tour & Tasting

Go behind the scenes with an in-depth tour of the winery and barrel room led by our owner or winemaker. Discover the journey from grape to glass as you learn about grape processing, cellaring, and our unique winemaking approach. During this immersive barrel tasting, sample wines from different barrel types, varietals, and harvest dates, along with exclusive limited-release selections. Experience the charm of a small-production winery in the heart of the El Pomar District. After the barrel room experience, relax with a seated tasting in the gardens accompanied by a charcuterie plate.

Grove to Glass Tour

Begin your visit in our working barrel room with a toast of our méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine while learning the fundamentals behind traditional French-style sparkling production. From there, take a leisurely walk through the estate to our historic olive grove. Seated among the grove’s century-old trees, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of our estate wines paired with light seasonal bites and a sampling of our olive oils. Hosted by our winemaker or owner, this intimate experience offers a deeper look into the vineyard, the grove, and the craft behind the wines we share.
