Grove to Glass Tour – Fall 2026

Join us for an afternoon exploring some of the places that make Still Waters Vineyards unique.

The tour begins in our barrel room with a glass of our méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine and an introduction to traditional sparkling winemaking. From there, we’ll walk through the property to our historic olive grove, where many of the trees have stood since the late 1800s.

Seated beneath the olive trees, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of estate wines paired with light seasonal bites and a sampling of our estate olive oils. Along the way, we’ll share a bit about the history of the property, our vineyard practices, and what goes into producing our wines.

Hosted by our winemaker or owner, this small-group experience offers a relaxed opportunity to see more of the estate, ask questions, and spend time enjoying the vineyard and grove.
